""John's catch phrase is "Expect The Best". And without a doubt my wife and I can honestly say that having John as our agent-we got the best. My wife and I started looking for a new house over a year ago and in that time of searching we looked at more than our fair share of houses and throughout the entire year of searching John was with us every step of the way listening to our concerns/wants and needs and never once showing any annoyance with us that we were taking so long to find a house let alone put an offer on a house. John was professional at all times even in so far as bringing "munchies" along on the days that either my wife or I would be viewing houses after work and not being able to make it home for dinner.

John was always on his game when it came to knowing what we wanted in a home and would never waste our time trying to show us a house that was either out of our price range or not compatible with our needs. Once we had finally found the house we wanted to buy, John was there- masterfully helping negotiate the purchase price for us so that we were able to get our new home for below asking. On the flipside, when it came to selling our house I can honestly say John went well beyond our expectations of what an agent would or should do. He helped us find the perfect person to stage our house and then helped out with the de-cluttering of our house by rolling up his sleeves and helping move things out. He helped spruce up the property by getting his hands dirty- literally. By cleaning up our flower beds and planting new plants. And when it came time to take offers on our house John was again professional and helped guide us through the process and made sure that we got every penny that we could. And as such we were able to sell our house for well over asking.

So you do not need to Expect The Best from John - you honestly and truly do GET THE BEST from John.
